Default Shuttle on time

For those who have actually used the Colorado Springs shuttle van to DIA, does it usually run on time (not counting bad weather days) or does it tend to be late?

I took it once recently while in COS looking for houses and it was 35 minutes late getting to the Monument stop and then DIA.

I didn't know if this was a rare exception or closer to the norm.

Good service other than the delay.

I used it a few times last year... It came more or less on time, but can run late due to traffic or picku problems along the way. That may depend on where you catch it.

I've used the Shuttle at least 6 times in the last 2 years. Only once was late to DIA. The weather that day was terrible. I was glad that I wasn't driving. I get on in Monument and there is only one stop in CR on the way to DIA. I have never rode the shuttle home though.
