I am looking for a restaurant to take my visiting Dad after a hike at Glen Eyrie. We will have our Golden with us so I'd like to know if there's a place with patio seating (shaded?) that allow dogs. Sandwiches are fine but he's not a fast food lover...my dad, not the dog!

Not sure about the shade at Shuga's, Nosh has dog-time on Sundays and that Irish place by South Side Johnny's are all dog friendly. Sorry, don't know about the west side.

You may find a dog friendly restaurant on dog friendly dot com. I use that site a lot to find establishments that don't discriminate on the basis of number of legs and amount of fur a patron has.

I checked out that website. Thanks for sending. I'm still not finding anything really close to GoG's area. Is there anything in Manitou maybe? He'd like to see that area too I think.
