Default Cost of Living...etc

Looks like we have decided Colorado Springs is the city of choice to move and open our business. We have visted before and of course have several more visits planned before moving, but was trying to find some info on cost of living. I have done a lot of research on the internet, not only on this forum, but would like to hear from ya'll. I know what house prices look like, but I am more interested in electric/gas bills, cable TV and internet, groceries, taxes, gas, etc, basically what monthly expenses look like. We would probably continue to use USAA (fiance is son of former military) for insurance purposes as well as mortgage more than lilkely. However, we would do a local bank account, so any info on best area banks, for personal as well as business. Also, we will bring one of our cars out, Honda Element and plan to buy another once we are out there. Just trying to figure out living expenses comparable to where we are now, north central Florida (Gainesville area).

Thanks for the link, I have actually checked that out as well as bankrate.com, but was hoping to get more information regarding monthly expenses. I do of course know it can vary widely, but am just interested in trying to compare to our current expenses. Also, wanted to check to see if cable TV and internet were available throughout the COS area. Thanks for all the help you can provide!!
