Pass the kudos pls...house went under contract yesterday!! It was on the market for 2 months and we settled on an offer 2K less than asking price- 155K for 5 bedrooms and 2 baths in Ftn. Thank you Fort Carson!!

Awesome! Its probably a BIG relief! We are a military family that reluctantly HAVE to move. House has been on the market for a few months but we're a little nervous. 3400sq ft, 6 bdrms, granite, stainless, hardwoods, AC, rancher out in Falcon. Love the house, love the area....will someone else?

Probably... it is too expensive to live here. Something comparable to my home in CO is about 300K here. You can't even get a townhome for less than 200K here.
