I saw a thing on the news about the Manna restaurant in the hospital in Castle Rock last night. Its supposed to be really good, cheap prices, no tipping, and not at all like hospital food. Anyone been?

I do remember that Memorial Hosp. North had an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet when they first opened a few years ago, it was EXCELLENT!!

I think they do not do that anymore. Too bad!

Why does Rudy's call their barbecue sauce "sause"?

Azada Mexican Grill, downtown.

A Chipotle-style place but astoundingly better. Local folks, local business, good people. And truly excellent food.

I was really excited to try this place after seeing yelp reviews but after looking at menu they don't seem to offer much for vegetarians.

Sorry, as a dedicated carnivore that criterion is never on my radar.

Jill's Kitchen

(formerly Sisters, I believe).

Excellent, inexpensive, "diner food."

The Sushi Ring
Sushi Ring - Sushi Bars - Colorado Springs, CO - Reviews - Photos - Menu - Yelp

or Sushi Ring II
Sushi Ring II - Sushi Bars - Colorado Springs, CO - Reviews - Photos - Yelp

I like the second one slightly better.

All-you-can eat lunch and dinner. Pricey, but you break even if you eat, say, two rolls and a couple of nigiri items.

Both places are staffed with really creative and fun sushi chefs.

Ok, this place is legit.

Although they don't have a vegetarian option so to speak, they have the build your own and you just obviously don't get meat.

The tortillas, oh man. Everything is super fresh and downright tasty! It reminded me of Bocaza in Denver. I use to eat there a lot many years ago and have had them a few times in the last couple of years. Azada just might be better, and it sure is closer!

Looking for Colorado Springs Mexican restaurant that serves New Mexico style Mexican. Most places I've found are either (sort of) TexMex or Guadalajara style. I know I could drive Pueblo and find 8000 such places , but what do folks recommend in the Springs?

And a recommendation:

Odyssey Gastropub, on Tejon in the space where Tony's used to be

The Wave-o-Stada, on the Sunday menu, is one of the best things I've ever eaten.
And the Bacon Sampler appetizer is pretty amazing too!
