I liked IT'z better. We did my 6 year old's birthday there last year. But Mr Biggs has the little town, but I'd say that's geared younger than the 4 year old really. There's also Lil'Biggs. I personally liked It'z.

I work at mr.biggs and I am a party host there my name is Ashley Montoya and let me tell you I ve gone to itz and its pretty cool there but mr.biggs has more for the WHOLE FAMILY TO DO and the birthday partys we throw are aimed more for the younger children. Some of the partys we have our princess partys, laser tag partys, dino partys, pajama partys. Trust me there great fun and you get your own party room and you can get a host that serves pizza and ice cream if you order that stuff but we also make the cake and the party host does everything for you from setting up to cleaning up if you do decided to host it there Ask FOR PARTY HOSTESS ASHLEY MONTOYA(: if you have questions ask me
