I can tell you that Sprint drops calls like crazy here in Fountain, from personal experience. I'm interested in knowing what carriers work better, too.

I haven't had ATT but my brother has an iPhone and I've not heard him complain here in the Fountain area. I have Verizon and its fine, too. I once had T-mobile and it was great at work in the Springs - better than Verizon - but down here in the Fountain area it got a very weak signal.

I hear AT&T sucks. I've had Verizon with very little dropped calls.

I've been with AT&T since I moved here 10 years ago (they were called Cingular then). I've been very happy with them. Good coverage and very little dropped calls. I don't know about Verizon, but I am sure they are good. My ex-wife used Sprint for a while and she said they were horrible, especially when it came to coverage.

That's the 100 million dollar question isn't it? I have AT&T and it works okay most of the time. At times friends with verizon or other providers get service when I don't and vice versa.

Verizon is much better. I have never had a dropped call while living in the Springs.

I do think my brother (on AT&T) often has dropped calls, especially if he's driving, etc. I've almost never had a dropped call on Verizon.

see? The 100 million dollar question... If it could ever be proven either way, everyone in the world would switch at once. Let's just call the winner two styrofoam cups and a string and be done with it.

I have t-mobile and haven't had issues here. There are a few dead zones around town, but they are few and far between.
