It sits between Bethune and Vona, right? I remember it pretty well as I delivered food out there. Although I was only out there for about half a year, I got to meet some really nice folks.
If you follow high school sports, they are usually very competitive, although Merino and Haxtun have been stealing some of the thunder in Football while Kit Carson, Eads, McClave (for the girls), and Hi-Plains have been stealing most of the thunder in BBall. If I were you, I'd go to
Colorado Preps during the school year and you might find some of your peeps ranting about their favorite teams on there. Just a thought anyway. Good luck. I don't see too many posters from Kansas-er-eastern Colorado on here yet.
