^^^ While Wolf Creek does get a lot of snow, I don't think they even have a terrain park, which is what the OP wants.

Keystone is pretty big on park -- lots of big features. Plus they have night skiing, both of which seem to draw a lot of park rats from what I hear/see. Here's a link. For variety you can also hit up Breck, Copper (they have a HUGE half-pipe), A-Basin (small park, but some ripping jibbers), or Loveland (very small/basic park -- probably good for learning).

Admittedly, I have never been to Echo Park (although I've driven/hiked by it in the summer) -- but if the OP wants to try just park riding, it might be enough. You don't need huge acreage or vertical for terrain parks.
