I think it will. Do I want it to? Good question. I would much rather the people live in the city, however, I know that there will always be a segment of the population who prefer the suburbs so I don't get upset when they grow as most urbanist's do.

Good for you. Getting upset ( about anything ) doesn't solve the problem. It just makes you feel tense, grumpy, and combative, clouds your thinking, dis-empowers you, and causes health problems to boot. Meanwhile, the people keep coming anyway!
