I call shenanigans.
40 years of business and professional connections--yeah, I know a lot of people. Actually more than 40 years, because some of the connections go back to family friends and business contacts dating back to the 1940's and 1950's. From all of those connections made over the years, I personally know people in all 64 of Colorado's counties. I doubt that many people on this forum can say that.

I don't agree with all of them on many things, but I tend to gravitate to those with a lot of common sense and to those who can smell a scam or boondoggle. Quite bluntly, those people know more about Colorado than most people frequenting this forum ever will--and I have learned a great deal from them over the years.

The economics of solar power is a uniquely Coloradan issue?

Funny, all this diversity people speak about came from.... undisturbed cultural homogeneity.
