Default Us too!

My wife to be and I are seriously looking at Evergreen. We went there this past February and fell in love with the place. My company just landed a huge project in Aurora, so we just want to transplant ourselves to Evergreen and make life there. I don't even care about the commute. The charm of that town, the friendliness of the people, the topography... ahhhhh, we just loved it! I understand why so many do.

Hiwan Hills is a very nice sub-division. I just recently finished the designs on a new house out there on one of the last few lots available to build on, my aunt and uncle own an office supply store along bergan (sp?) parkway, and my grandma lives just west of Bergan park. great place to live if you want mountain life

Dear Noahma, We have looked at a couple of houses in the Hiwan hills. Can you recommend any builders for that areas? Do you know if you can you build a house for about the same cost of buying an existing house?

I hope not. I used to live 5.5 miles up Upper Bear Creek road and it was beautiful. They have quite enough homes up there. Do the community a favor and move into an existing home, buy lots of land up and tell the developers to go get a real job.

I would like to know if you are in the Evergreen (Denver) area.
Im from Quito-Ecuador and I would like to send to my sons (13 years old, twins) to Denver (Evergreen area) for school vacations (July-August) to improve their english knowledge and practice (they speak around 30%).
They will be host at an american friend of me. He and his family live in that area.
I have read your information at the web, i think it could be a good idea to send to your istitute or could you suggest me something?

Regards

Evergreen is a great area. However, I have no children and am not too familiar with the schools here. Good Luck
