Is there an area called "old town"? Have you lived there?

Yes and yes. i think you might need to do a little more research if you're serious about moving. There is a separate Fort Collins forum with a wealth of information.

Okay, I was just wanted to clarify because I saw where your current location was in Portland, OR.

I spoke to a realtor today and confirmed that there is a section called "Old Town" that I am going to check out when I visit next month.

I am really excited!
