Did I read this right ( Eyes on eCom Law: DMA Wins Landmark Injunction Against State of Colorado ) that we don't have to report our internet purchases made in 2010?

Nope, you did NOT read that right. The injunction is for the law that requires etailers to report your purchases to the state of CO. YOU are still required, by law, to report AND pay those taxes.... just like before.

Actually, my understanding is that the Amazon Tax has been put on hold for a year. So regardless of the court's injunction and what that means for us, we still don't have to pay it because the Colorado Dept. of Revenue hasn't figured out how to go about collecting all of these taxes. I'd advise calling up a tax service provider and just asking them. They should be able to give you a more definitive answer.

It is blocked while it is further litigated based on the Judge's ruling that there is enough evidence to favor the plaintiff that the law is "illegal." See: Amazon tax blocked by Colorado court | Colorado Statesman

I am glad that the judge who issued this injunction actually understands the law and not being an activist. It is clear that the amazon/internet tax is actually is illegal. The US Supreme court already ruled on that before. Unless the US Supreme Court makes another ruling on that matter, the law passed by Colorado House/Senate is illegal and I hope it is repealed.

What I'd like the state of Colo to verify is that they actually do receive the sales taxes I DO pay for on-line buys at Costco, Amazon, etc.
