This may be a bit off topic, but...

I was in a hit and run accident the other day (the other driver was the runner, not me). There were no injuries and only a large scratch on my rear bumper. I was able to get the other car's license number, but only barely, and reported it to the police. Typically, what are the penalties for hit and run incidents without injuries or massive property damage in Colorado? I know this sounds like a vengeful thing to ask, but I'm just curious.
