Help I need info fast....I am listing my home in Pleasant Vallry area of Colorado Springs and am ready to price it. I don't want to make a big mistake. Do condos usually still cost less in Colorado Springs than Single Family Homes? I think I am being guided to ask for a lower price by someone not from the westside.

Nancy, you really should consult a real estate agent about that. If you are selling the condo on your own, do a good search of other condos in your area that are for sale. You can also look up listing in various places about recent home sales in your specific location in that case.

You might want to look at coloradohomes.com and other real estate sites like that and do a little research for yourself. Also look at the assessors files to see what they have your home valued at. Usually the selling price these days is less than what they quote. Just so you are not suprised if a realtor tells you he wants to list it for 20000.00 less than what the assessor says its worth. I am not familiar with the CS area market but do a little research to get a good realtor. Most of them will come out and do a listing presentation for you, to let you know how they will market your house for you. My best advise to you is the BIG WIG Realtors are not always the best because they are more concerned with the bigger sales and will not put a lot of time into a small townhome sale.
