are there buses that go from anywhere in denver area to summit county ski resorts?

No. Try SkiCarpool Login - Any Colorado zip code, to any ski resort, on any day. The only mass transit options from the Front Range to skiing are the Ski Train from Union Station to Winter Park, or the RTD buses from Boulder to Eldora.
