Parker has a fairly large hospital and is always expanding. Another large hospital just off Lincoln and I25 (Sky Ridge). There is a large Medical Facility under construction in Castle Rock. If you like water, you'll love the Arkansas River for a two or three day trip. Check out the float trips! Fishing is wonderful. Water, and the right fertilizer will give you a beautiful yard. Place yourself on a golf course and always have lots of green at your back door!

Oh, dear! Colorado does have trees, not many oak trees though. Check out Washington Park area. When I move to a new area I like to drive in the older areas to see what was planted and thriving before planting. Colorado has many large reservoirs plus the Platte River, Arkansas River to name a few. Whether we have green hillsides through August depends on Mother Nature.
