Default Moving from Colorado Springs to Cortez/Mancos/Durango/Bayfield area...

I recently accepted a great opportunity with another company and have to relocate from Colorado Springs to the southwestern Colorado area. I will have to commute to Cortez, Durango, Aztec and Farmington and need some help finding a good place for myself, my wife and my 8 month old son. I visited Durango and love the town but it is way to pricey for us. We are looking for 3bdrm+ 2 ba+ homes in the 215k-250k range that dont have lead based paint and in a decent neighborhood. Any help on any of these western slope cities would be great. Thanks!!

Mancos, will have what you want in terms of price and
location, as for neighborhoods... well Mancos other than
right in town, nothing is quite in a neighborhood.
