there are so many questions, i'd want answered. Does the co-worker actually own the lot? check with the county assessor & treasurer for unpaid taxes. Is it buildable? Check zoning. Does the seller have merchantable title? Is there an attorney or real estate borker involved? Do you live close by? Are there CC&R's?

...for starters.

Pueblo West is a very affordable place to buy or build a new home. Sorry, but that's about all I can tell you. I guess I'm just not as familiar with the area as I should be.

Thumbs up Where is this lot

North side or south of 50,Out west or in the neighborhoods, large or small 1-3 acres,I lived in colorado spring's for 15 years and never thought I would live in pueblo west,I moved out here 3 years ago and I love it.I live on the south side of 50 west of west mccullough and it is peaceful and friendly, alot more home for the money, the south side of 50 is cleaner and more paved roads,If you have nice vehicles you will want a paved road, good resturants and shopping, resevoir, horses and animals no crime as everyone has guns in my area and the drive to CS is about 45 mins Just my opinion best thing is to drive around this property and look around

I wonder whatever happened to racing.

The way he described it there, and he must live mere blocks from me, is how conservative Pueblo West really is and why it's there. It's the polar opposite of Pueblo as is the Mesa and Colorado City/Rye area.

Default Pueblo West

I might eventually live there....wanting to know if the area is a decent place to live in.

It's a very decent place to live - if I had the money right now - I would be building myself a home.

I live on the south side of 50 west of west mccullough

Same place where my property is located - isnt it a small world.
