Does anyone live in Prospect New Town?

That's the new development in south Longmont. I'm not planning on moving there any time soon but I drove thro there last weekend and it seems a fun and funky kind of neighbourhood. Does anyone actually live there now and can let me have your impressions on what it's really like?
