WOW! That is a lot of snow..........

I have about 14 inches of snow in my back yard. I am not sure how much melted before but I think we got 6 inches of snow last night.

This morning instead of a video I decided to post some pictures.

Here is the 14 inches of snow I have in my backyard.

Just some more fun pictures of this great snow storm!

Nice photos Josseppie! Very pretty.
It's still snowing here... thought it was tapering off an hour ago but it picked back up. We're up to 23". Luckily DH has a snow day so he can plow the drive for a UPS delivery.

Pretty sure that is up Coal Creek Canyon. We are at the top of Boulder Canyon. I've read reports of 27" in Gilpin County and Golden.
We are snow spotters for the NWS and I've been checking the reports all morning: National Weather Service Text Product Display

Here in GJct, just a light coating on the roads, but more than enough to make me keep the car in the garage and ride the bus to work.

Good advice Cosmic! In Fruita we got a tad more than GJ, hwy. 340 is pretty slick, but the trucks are out and about to take care of business. GJ is on accident alert this morning.

We are close to the Palmer Divide and had a bit of snow. Nice dry powder. Dog has to run to get around the yard raising a small cloud of snow. It's hard to measure because some of the drifts are 4' and other areas are barely covered.
