Only in Colorado? (Denver, Golden, Canon City: restaurants, garden, safe)

I am trying to come up with a list of things you can only find in Colorado. I am looking for attractions, restaurants, history, geography and thing on that order.
Here is a sampling of what I have.

Rocky Mountain National Park

I may add to this list later, but for now this fine Park should suffice. Some of the flora and fauna can be found elsewhere in the Rocky Mountains, but safe to say that no other national park duplicates it. Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and Glacier National Park, all bear some resemblance. But all of them unique as well. Within such a close distance in northwest Wyoming, Grand Teton NP has of course of the magnificent mountains, with Yellowstone NP justly more renowned for all its many splendid geysers and thermal features. The mountains of Glacier NP are great, but dissimilar to those of Rocky Mountain NP. All have lovely rivers, and of water that of Jenny Lake at the base of the Tetons is divine, but all the high alpine lakes and rivers of Rocky Mountain NP are of another realm.

Defiantly not duplicates. Just because you have you have seen one National Park, doesn't mean you've seen them all. Or for that matter, just because you've seen one mountain, doesn't mean you've seen them all.

That wasn't always the case. Casa Bonita originated in Oklahoma.

The atmosphere is the only thing that separates Casa Bonita from Pancho's Mexican Buffet. The food (and the flag) are damn-near identical.
