Hi, I have a friend that is looking for a rental for himself and 2 horses I believe. He is open to all areas of CO, but would like something within commuting distance to the Springs (preferable but not mandatory). He is looking for at least 5 acres and rural property way out there is fine too. Rent depends on the property but nothing over 1800. If you have a lead you can PM me....Thanks a bunch!

Have them look at Padmapper.com for the area around Falcon, CO.

I found this one in less than a minute.

I googled horse property in Penrose Colorado and found one for 900per month, it's nice and, one in Colo. Spgs/ Black Forest for 1,500 per month. There are more of course but Penrose is right up the road from COS off of highway 115!!!

Have you friend try Franktown and Elbert as well. It is a quick drive to the Springs on 83.

Good luck with the search. Hay right now is in real short supply. $8-9 / bale right now. RP
