I think this makes more sense in type of city or size of city - one can't really compare Breckenridge to Denver, for example. So:

Medium-sized City: Fort Collins (but I need to spend some time in Pueblo and Grand Junction so I can see all the medium-sized cities)
Big City: Denver (this is not a very competitive category)
Small Cities: I like Salida ...

The way I would define the word "city", the Western Slope doesn't have one. All the "cities" in Colorado are between Colorado Springs and Fort Collins.

That being said, I like Chivington. Good people out there.

That's tough, like so many for different reasons. Grand Junction is nice, Glenwood Springs, Crested Butte, etc..
