Anyone from the Beulah area familar with Beulah Highlands? Looked at some property in there over the weekend. It's a new development and I see only one house under construction. Was wondering if anyone has any insights on that place (gated so unfortunately need a realtor to get in), knows what the water situation is like there - that new house does not have any well info posted yet on the state engineer site, etc.

Looks like there are five lots left. Several have already sold, so the houses are just not built yet. The lots left range from 95000-275000. Don't know about the water situation, but usually they will not sell land for that price without water to it. Good luck.
