Were these taken with some type of a filter? The yellows seem way too bright.

Beautiful! Is this a manual camera using infrared film...or a digital camera using some type of infrared gadget? just curious. also...many thanks for sharing! I love living in Colorado!!

It's digital infrared, using a modified Nikon Coolpix 8400. When I say modified I mean it's modified permanently to only take infrared pictures. I had it done by LifePixel Digital Infrared Photography IR Conversion, Modification & Scratched Sensor Repair.
