off topic but i know MANY skiers turned boarders who said snowboarding was way harder to catch onto but once they got it down no more skiing!

as for me i snowbladed (short skis) and tried skiing before boarding and dont even plan on puttin those uncomfortable ski boots ever again!!

If any of you are looking to learn skiing or boarding at Loveland, they had a deal where you could take 3 lessons (the first lesson must be a first-time beginner lesson) and you'd get a free season pass at the end of your third lesson.

So for just over $200 you'd not only get three lessons, but also a full season pass.

Check if they still have it. If you're a beginner, that's a great deal.
