Hi all,
My wife and I are looking at some property along 29 Road in GJ, just north of Patterson Road (aka F Road). South of Patterson, 29 Rd is two driving lanes and a turning lane. North of Patterson, it's just two.
The city is already in the process of making 29 Rd part of a kind of loop around the city, and the final stage will be to link up 29 Rd with the interstate by building an interchange with I-70 to compliment the new interchange with I-70B to the south.
My question is this: How do you see 29 Road north of Patterson changing when the road is connected to the interstate? Two lanes and a turning lane? Four lanes and then some? I know the road will be busier when the interchange is eventually built, but I am more concerned about the road widening at the expense of private property.
