Hi, I'm new to this forum. Moving to Denver area from Northern Virginia.
How is employment in the healthcare field, particularly for a pharmacist?
Is anybody familiar with the different hospital networks?
In terms of drugstores, do people mind talking to a pharmacist with a foreing accent? Hispanic? Sorry about this question but it happens.
I have read how friendly everybody is in Denver therefore expect mostly possitive interactions unlike in NOVA. Thank you for any replies.

I heard a story on NPR recently that there's a glut of pharmacists and schools are cranking out twice the number needed. I doubt you'll find the friendliness of people in Denver or any other metro area much different from NoVA considering in all those places pretty much everyone's from somewhere else.

Thank you for your repply; the NPR story is true and it is making the practice of pharmacy very difficult. I am moving to the suburbs with small children but would like to find some part time work to keep up with the profession.
