Me and my wife are thinking about selling our house here in Central Florida and relocating to the Fort Collins/Loveland area. I have done some research and find that there is plenty of work in the area. Cold is no problem we are origanally from N.Y. How is this gas prices there? What we sell our house here and look to buy a house out right. No Mortgage. Taxes insurance? Are they expensive?

Default Taxes and insurance

Taxes are not bad here at all, they are actually quite low compared to other states.
