Wink The Meadows Community

We've lived in the Meadows since 1997 and are very happy here. Our home backs up to Waverton Ranch which affords us great views and lots of open space behind us. The people are friendly but you also have your privacy....... It is a great community.

There seems to be a great diversity in this neighborhood. We drove through and nearly got lost. Do all of these households use the same community center? Can it accomodate that many people?
Also, now that it is somewhat established, is there one builder's quality that surpasses the others? We are looking in the average housing range of 250K to 350k.
Thanks in advance.

I think it has a good community structure, lots of activities, close to the freeway, close to the outlet shops.

Are you thinking new or resale? Either way get your property inspected.

In Denver, builders have to compete with each other for the next sale. They'd be out of business in short order if overall quality was poor.
