Historic St. Cloud Hotel in Canon City scheduled for demolition on Friday

It's still up-and deserted-there's so much upside to this town-I'm a member of the Artist's Gallery co-op and we've had the best year ever-if there were another dozen places like this, it would start to bend the curve up wards. Artists, like me, who've moved down here need traffic like the town needs people like us.

Then we've got the mofos that keep getting the Christo display pushed back when that's exactly the kind of shot in the arm we need-go figure.
