One of my favorite haunts is the website thedenvereye.com , showing past and current Denver and surrounding cities architecture, attractions, and other points of interest. One thing they showed, and I have not been able to find one other scrap of information on is this:

Evergreen Clock Museum | The Denver Eye

To me, it has that same 50s/60s look to it as, say, the then-contemporary Santa's Villages...maybe just the Kodachrome look, I don't know.

Does anyone have any info on this? Or a street address so we could see what the house looks like now? Who was behind it? Who made that huge clock?

Google is your friend.

I found a Hagans Clock Manor Museum in Bergen Park (near Evergreen). The reference I found was from 2004 and said that the museum had closed "many years ago". There are books available about the collection.

I "wasted" an hour with the Google today and came up with zilch.

Thanks, Dave I hate to tell you (but I will anyway) that it took me about five minutes. And it's not because I'm younger than you; we are about the same age. Anyway, I googled "clock museum Evergreen Colorado" and mostly the books came up, but so did the name Hagans so I just followed up on that.

Research is fun and informative!

David, you think YOU wasted time, I was going around Evergreen and Bergen Park with Google Maps street view to see if I could find that house!

Weekends are supposed to be relaxing with some goof-off time, but that was ridiculous.....

That damn 50s Kodachromish picture of that Clock House is reaching into my brain!
