Colorado Springs???

I read that the locals in CS sometimes have to go to Denver for "good Food"? Would it be a good town to get involved in a food business service!? It's not the mountains though:-(

I don't know why Denver scares me; perhaps because I have to do it all on my own wih a child in a big city... And I am afraid of Immediate Failure (gradual is ok )

Reading you all, something different would a food truck business! Are those popular ?!

Still undecided... I have time though!

Thank you so much. Love reading your responses.

Look before you leap.
Visit Colorado Springs and visit all the "good, foodie" restaurants (all 5 of them) and talk with the owners about why El Paso County with 500K people has so few good restaurants.

Take a look at Colorado Springs using Yelp.
This http://www.yelp.com/biz/kings-chef-d...rado-springs-2 is the highest rated restaurant in the Spgs.

Denver is food-truck headquarters in the summer time. They are literally everywhere you look.
