allyvip & Vistaian....Like both of you I often do not agree with jazzlover, however I let it roll off my back, or respond to express the truth as I see it. It is a free country, and he has every right to express his opinion even if it is coated with bitterness, and I'm glad that he does. This forum would really suck if everyone politely agreed with everyone else all the time. How boring it would be! If that was the case, it would have died a natural death many years ago.

Just for the record, there are plenty of things upon which I am no "expert." I don't post about them. That said, I've been very fortunate over a lot of years to have a lot of experience upon which many of my posts are based--some of it not the "easy" or "pleasant" kinds of experiences. I've also been blessed to know and have known a lot of people--especially in this region--from whom I have learned a lot. One thing that I learned early on was not to be afraid to associate with people smarter than I am, and to try to learn things in everything that I do or experience. One never knows when that will come in handy later--often in the least expected places. There is seldom a day that goes by that I don't exclaim, "Well, I didn't know that." Life is a learning experience. Unfortunately, most people think that they once they reach some "magic" point, learning stops. It doesn't work that way. What I see far too often in this forum is people who ask the question, and then get all upset when they don't get the answer or opinion that they like. If you don't want to hear it, then don't ask the question. They are not looking to learn anything--they are looking for validation of what they already think that they know. Right now, I'm off to do a bunch of research on a gnarly problem that I've been engaged to solve, so I'll be learning a whole bunch more of new stuff.

Oh, and I don't appreciate being called a liar--especially by people who probably couldn't tell a lie from the facts because they just don't have the knowledge or experience to be able to differentiate the two.
