I'd assume they're asking about the neighborhood around 17th Ave. and Poplar in Denver.

Sorry, but although I grew up in that general area, it's been a long time since I've been there, so I can't really give a current answer. It was a nice, older neighborhood when I was a kid, became a bit run-down in later years, but things could have changed again for it in the past ~12 years since I really visited the area.

That area isn't really part of my expertise. It's in the Park Hill neighborhood, which has some very nice sections, and some not-so-nice sections. The city cuts the neighborhood up into South Park Hill (or just Park Hill), North Park Hill, and Northeast Park Hill. Of those, South Park Hill (which is what this is in), is overall the best of the three.

However, that particular street could be in a less desirable section of the neighborhood, and since I can't quite place it, I can't say for sure.

u mean poplar montana? I live there. it's ok. some say it is "stab city" where alot of people get killed at... but i don't know.. not really that bad. there are some really nice people and the school is ok. poplar is ok. don't judge it just by what you hear about it.
