Default how is colorado doing?

Relocating in the spring and want to ask how things are going there? I talk with my inlaws there and they are happy and the job market looks good. I build high rise/Mid rise construction on the senior level and i am hoping that all the construction I see there when I visit continues. I have also thought of finishing basements as a contractor? I know how to do everything construction related and it looks like alot of people finish off their basements?
how is the construction market doing there?

I believe Colorado is doing well. It seems like the market might be picking up some. I think you would do great in basement construction. ALOT of people finish their basements. Just gotta get your name out when you come, that is all.

I currently work in the construction industry and it seems that things seem to be coming back. Earlier this year it was a different story. We work with shea homes who is a large home builder out here and they had shelved some projects but now it seems that things are coming around.

We are slowly seeing an increase in designs. I design Custom homes, and small quantitiy homes for builders. We hit a low point several months ago, but have been getting a bit more lately. The large production builders are still hurting a little bit. New Town Builders just consolidated there sales centers up north here, and have been hit pretty good. Doing good basement finishes is alwase a good thing in an area with lots of people with unfinished basements ;p
