Hi, we will soon be relocating (30 days or sooner)to the Castle Rock area and we are looking for a rental house. Does anyone know of any other searches besides Rent Clicks? Does the Denver Post have different ads in the paper compared to whats on line? We are looking for at least 4 bd 2+ bath. I will be in town this weekend and I have about 3 houses I'm going to look at and just wanted to see if I checked all my resources before I get there. Any info would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!

Hi! I do not live in Colorado at the present time but I am looking for places to rent in the near future. There are a ton of websites to check for rentals but a good one to start with is www.realtor.com (broken link), www.forrent.com; (broken link) www.rent.com or use Google search and type in "Castle Rock CO rental houses" and I bet you will find a bunch. But you would probably be in good shape if you develop a real estate contact that works with rentals. The realtor may not make a bunch of money from rentals, but it is a steady income for them or their agency. Good luck and enjoy Colorado!!

Default Relocating from LA to Colorado - rentals

Hi All,
My wife and I are planning to move out of LA this year. We are looking for a rental property before deciding where to buy. We really like Castle Rock. What is the best way to find rental property. I am not having any luck. Please advise.

Thank you,

Fern

When would you like to move - start looking 20-45 days before that.
