What do you think of a new kids play/party center in CO?
My husband and I have a really cool kids play/party center in PA. Jungle Fun We want to get outta PA - and really want to open another in CO, but I wanted to get a feel for what the Colorado residents thought about something like that. Are there many other places like that? Would the families go for it? Where would be a good location? I've been to Denver, and that was the only place I saw that was a little too densely populated for me. Too much highway. But I do love the state. What do you think?

I'm in South Denver Metro and would love a place my kids could get their energy out indoors when the weather isn't great.

As for Colorado Springs, you would be competing w/ Mr. Biggs Bigg City - Mr. Biggs Family Fun Center and Chucky Cheese Chuck E. Cheese. We just had two places shut down that didn't have all the ball and jungle gym stuff but did have miniature golfing and arcade. Probably about 10 years ago we had something similar to what you have in the southern part of COlorado Springs, it did well at first But I think it would have done better if it was Centrally located. You may want to look into Ft. Collins/Windsor or Highlands Ranch (Southern Denver), or northern outskirts of Denver too.

I noticed a few weeks ago what looked like another of these places going in on the East side of Colo Springs (near Powers & Constitution. Lowe's shopping center). There was a sign up but it wasn't open yet. I can't remember what the name of it was though.
Also we now have 2 Chuckie Cheese's here plus the Mr. Bigg's mentioned in the previous post. What about around the Monument area? I don't know if they already have something like this or not. Hopefully someone else can let you know.

Sounds like Colorado Springs already has plenty for the kids to do. Mr Bigg's looks really incredible!
It also sounds like Northern (outskirts) or S. Denver might be good?

North of Denver is growing a lot. My area I think is going to be the next big "expansion" area. We'll be moving out of it probably in a few years... prefer the more rural feel. Opening a new big retail center just off the freeway here too: Northern Colorado Business Report - Business News Focused on Northern Colorado . We already have a giant furniture store on the site, a Home Depot is now starting being built, and I have heard rumors of a Super Target too.

I'd say you would have a very friendly market here.
There was a place near Highlands Ranch called "house of bounce" and it was extremely popular. I think they are still there.
I know that in Castle Rock, this kind of place would do well and there are lots of people that would go. There may be a smaller place like it that just opened recently, but nothing like what your currently offering. Its a nice, smaller town ... but could still draw folks from nearby monument, larkspur, highlands ranch, parker.

Just had sushi at Kura's this afternoon and noticed a "Children's Playroom" or "Kids Playroom" under construction. Union and Research.
