I found this comment very interesting. Those counties are about to be flush with money from taxes. I'm curious to see how the money is going to be spent.

Prove me wrong. That's from multiple attorneys( criminal defense, product liability, DA) and a county commissioner.

Ya know, this banning in Col Sp of recreational pot...was so stupid, imo....because
Of the millions we could have had...I hope Manitou gets the millions now...they could use it with all the flooding issues....hey, maybe they would get rid of the parking meters if they were so flush with money!! Yay!!

But, what I wanted to say is I will now get my med lic for pot....$35 lic fee, post office Reg letter fee, and $45 for the doc and prescription including notary of paperwork.
And here I am I don't care for it...but my friends do...and an occassional cookie can be fun and
Helps me sleep.

I can walk to 3 dispensaries....drive 2 minutes to 5 more, gee.

If it weren't for the fact that my job were so closely tied to my federal CDL, I would be smoking garbage bags of it. So much better for you than alcohol. Alas, I cannot, so therefore I have to make up the difference with beer.

In my honest opinion the counties or cities that have put a ban on commercial sales should not reap any of the benefits from the tax revenue based on sales elsewhere.

Utah Laws & Penalties

NM not nearly as bad.

I'd think it will be hard to regulate marijuana when you consider how easy it will be for people to grow their own. What is the legal age for smoking? How do you keep people under the legal age from just smoking weed that they've grown? Since it can be grown access to marijuana will still be easier to get in comparison to alchohol.
