Isn't Monarch High School out there?

Yeah... I am looking into Monarch which is going to be more toward the Superior or Louisville area. The houses are more expensive than what I was looking for, however it would probably be worth it. Worst case scenario- I loose my job and we just have to live like po folks until I find another which I do not imagine would be a problem. Another alternative is Aspen Creek Elementary/Broomfield High which are still BVSD but lower housing prices.
