Looks like i found a place a little bit away from town. Sounds like i will need snow removal. This will be about 10 S. of Breck.

Many landscaping companies plow in the winter, ask your neighbors who does a good job. If you need your driveway plowed even when it's still snowing in the early morning to be able to get out, be sure to get a contract to specify that. If it's steep and curvy be sure to ask about ice melt. Most plows will specify that they clear after 4 inches of snow if you can't shovel or don't get good sun to melt it off, you'll have to make other arrangements. I'm not sure how big my driveway is, close to 3,000sq/ft. I paid $875 for the season last year 11/15-4/15, the prior 2 seasons I shoveled.

As you are out of town, it can be difficult to get your driveway plowed at a reasonable rate due to the time to get to and from your property.

We always took care of snow removal ourselves when we lived in Colorado, but we moved to New Hampshire four years ago, and here it's really a different world. Our second winter here, it snowed every single week, sometimes twice a week. All winter long! Our landscape company does our snow removal, and they charge by the inch. If it snows for a long time, they'll come in the morning to plow so you can get out to go to work and will come back after it stops--for the same $$ amount. But, man oh man, if it's a bad winter, we pay through the nose for plowing. I wanted to get some sort of system we could use ourselves, but my hubby doesn't want to have to bother with it. We could have bought a HUGE snowblower several times over for what we've paid for plowing.
