What is the average cost of a 3 bedroom rental home in Denver (surrounding areas also) and/or Colorado Springs (and surrounding areas)??

DENVER $2000 and CO SPGS $1500, but that doesn't tell you that much.
Best is to go to rentals.com or craigslist to see pix of what you're getting for the money, that would serve you better. |

I agree with Mike on the prices, but I'd use craigslist as a last resort. I'm always hearing people getting ripped offed and scammed on there for various reasons.

I am also looking for rentals in the Denver area and have found Find Homes for Rent to be very helpful, it gives you different price ranges to search, condos, single homes, apartments, etc. I have checked out listings on craigslist, some seem very bizzare, and send off red flags of a scam.
