Confirmed! I've a frequent buyers card. Their honey whole wheat is so good that I sold my Zojurushi bread machine, couldn't get it to bake well at 6600 feet above sea level - after all sorts of adjustments. They have many specialty breads too.

We have a couple cool bakeries in Pueblo. Zoelsmanns Bakery is good for sliced bread, rolls and they have a good deli with some good spicy capicola. We have an italian bakery as well. Their main item is potica (sweet bread made with ground walnuts). They also do all the traditional Italian wedding cookies and pizells. This one is owned by my cousin. Mauro Farms Bakery Tell them Ted sent you from the internet. Mauro farms has a fed ex drop on location and they ship all over the country.

Yolanda's on Wilcox St in Castle Rock (right across the street from El Parral) recently added Tacos al Pastor to their menu. I haven't tried them, but I did sample the Posole special the other day. It was excellent!
