What Ski/Snow Towns in Colorado offer basically everything under one roof? I was told recently by locals in Glennwood Springs that Vail is like South Beach over hyped not much to it. So I am wondering which snow/ski town here in Co has best night life, singles scenes, work, outdoor activities, gets most snow etc. You know a one stop shop!

Aspen is great, but pricey. It has several different ski areas to choose from along with different towns to choose to stay in.

Telluride is great too.

But my ultimate favorite is Pagosa Springs. There's Wolf Creek to ski and also Durango nearby has a lot to choose from.

Crested Butte...and if you have a chance to spend a day out at Irwin Lodge, you'll be in (real) skiers heaven.

True that. Only a few miles from CB and they get double the snow (microclimate).

Vail and Breck fit your list best, whether or not you think either is a South Beach scene is your decision. I live in the Vail Valley, don't think it's over hyped, but I don't play that lifestyle.
