Hi all. I have some info that there is a great love of dogs in Delta. Is this true? I love dogs and I want to volunteer to help them. Yet I need an apt near the dog park. Does anyone know if I can get a condo in that area for under $80,000? It's just me and my dogs. Thank you all

Delta's dog park is a chain link fence at Confluence Park. Nothing special. I don't know of any condos in Delta at all. You might want to visit first. The area around the "dog park" is commercial.

Great advice! Colorado is very dog friendly but very different from where you currently live. Plan a few trips, it's a big and varied state.

Colorado Springs has many dog parks. Probably the most popular is Bear Creek.

You're welcome. PLEASE visit first. You do know it gets a bit chilly here in winter? Right now at my house it's 13 below zero with 16" of snow. And you won't be able to find anything for $80,000, well not anything you would want to live in.
