renting in new castle?
I would like some input on New Castle from people who live there. Are there any apartments in New Castle? I live in Thornton but my kids and I were looking to go to New Castle because my husband works in Snowmass. Before anyone asks why New Castle, it's because Carbondale and Glenwood Springs are in fact much more expensive than New Castle. I have done research and it is very possible to find 3 bdrm houses under 250,000 in New Castle, Rifle, Silt and Gypsum but not any closer. That's why. Average house price in Carbondale is well over 400,000! Anyway, we are not ready to buy a house and I can't find any rental info online. I know there are apts in Rifle and Gypsum but I would like to be closer to Snowmass if possible. Any ideas?Thanks!

My husband may take a job in Glenwood and we are looking for a place for him rent until we can sell our house in Denver. We can only consider New Castle it is our only option and even with that you still get a lot less for the money there. I can't find any apartments in New Castle to even get an idea of how much rent will be if he accepts this position. If you find any apartments please let me know and I will do the same for you. Thanks!
