My husband and I are considering a move into Pioneer ridge. We love the house but aren't sure about the HOA. We are a younger couple with a lot of toys (four wheerlers, collector cars etc.) we also have two kids (our dogs) who do everything with us. We'd like any information about the HOA in that neighborhood.

Your realtor should be able to obtain a copy of the covenents for you before you sign any contracts. If you are just going through the builder I would make sure you get to look them over before you commit to anything. I am guessing that they are not going to allow a lot of cars, trailers, campers etc.

Don't do it! Most HOA's have so many rules you won't be able to have your stuff on your own property!
