Our family is considering the purchase of a lot in Woodmoor Mountain. After reading the above threads our concerns about the availability of water and whether building will be fairly treated by the review board. Because the threads are a few years old, I am posting concerns hoping someone has current information they would be willing to share. Thanks in advance.

Default Well and Septic costs

Several people were thinking about purchasing property in Woodmoor Mountain and asked about well costs. No one responded. Doesn't anyone have some information from their own experience?

For well costs, give a well driller that serves that area a call. They will have the best and most current info about costs and will probably know even how deep they may have to go in that area.
